Conditions d’utilisation

These terms apply when you create, publish or manage an invitation with Astra Digital Invitations, a service of Astra Technology Solutions. By creating a draft you agree to them.

1. The service

Astra Digital Invitations lets you build a digital invitation page for an event, share it with your guests through personal links, collect their replies and manage related details such as seating. The features available to you are the ones shown on our website when you publish.

2. Your account

You need an account to create an invitation. Give us an email address you control: we use it to send you the link that sets your password. You are responsible for what is done through your account and for keeping your password to yourself.

3. Drafts

Creating a draft is free. A draft is private: only you, and anyone you give its preview link to, can see it.

• A draft that has not been paid for may hold up to 50 MB of photos and music.
• A draft that has not been paid for and has not been changed for 14 days is deleted, together with its uploads. This cannot be undone.

4. Price and payment

You pay once per event, when you publish. The price and any add-ons you have chosen are shown before you pay. There is no subscription and no charge per guest. Payment is made through the methods offered at checkout; we do not store card details.

5. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment, provided your event date has not passed. The full terms are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Your content

The names, text, photos, music and guest details you add remain yours. You give us permission to store, display and transmit them for the purpose of running your invitation.

You confirm that you have the right to use everything you upload, including photographs of other people and any music, and that you have a proper basis for sharing your guests' contact details with us.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to:

• send invitations or messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you about your event;
• upload material that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit or that infringes someone else's rights;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent an event;
• attempt to access accounts, invitations or data that are not yours, or to disrupt the service.

We may remove content or suspend an invitation that breaks these rules. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first.

8. Our designs

The templates, software and branding of Astra Digital Invitations belong to Astra Technology Solutions. Paying for an invitation gives you the right to use the chosen design for your event; it does not transfer ownership of the design or permit you to copy or resell it.

9. Availability

We work to keep invitations available at all times, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. If a fault on our side stops your invitation from working, the remedy is set out in the Refund Policy.

10. After your event

Your invitation normally stays online after your event. We may archive or remove invitations whose event has passed; you can ask us for a copy of your guest list and replies before that happens, or ask us to delete your invitation at any time.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Astra Technology Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the service, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the invitation concerned. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects an invitation you have already paid for, we will tell you by email.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
