Refund Policy

Creating and previewing your invitation is free. You pay only when you choose to publish it, and if you are not satisfied you have 14 days to change your mind.

Try before you pay

You can build your invitation as a private draft and preview it exactly as your guests will see it, at no charge. Payment is only requested when you publish.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of payment and we will refund you, provided your event date has not yet passed. You do not need to give a reason.

After 14 days, or after your event

Payments are not refundable once 14 days have passed or your event date has passed, because the service has been delivered.

Add-ons

Add-ons bought together with your invitation are refunded with it. An add-on bought later has its own 14-day window on the same terms.

If your event is postponed or cancelled

We will move your invitation to a new date within 12 months at no charge. Outside the 14-day window, a postponement or cancellation does not qualify for a refund.

Payment errors

A duplicate or mistaken charge is always refunded in full.

If something does not work

If a technical fault on our side prevents your invitation from working and we cannot fix it within 3 working days of you telling us, you may have a full refund at any time before your event.

Custom designs

Made-to-order design work is refundable until we send you the first design proposal, and not after.

How to request a refund

Email info@astra-ts.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 working days. Once a refund has been paid, the invitation is unpublished.
